Jim Swift is the manager of our Surprise automotive service center. Jim has been in the automotive business for more than 30 years and is a Master Certified in automotive repair. He also holds a certification in customer service and takes great pride in making sure all of the customer’s at the Surprise branch are 100% satisfied with their experience at Wilhelm. He greatly enjoys helping customers and advising them in the best way to care for their cars. When not working, Jim likes spending time on the lake or in front of a barbecue.
