Wilhelm Manager Gets Prestigious Automotive Degree
Wilhelm Automotive Surprise Manager Jim Swift has received the Automotive Management Institute's (AMI) Accredited Automotive Manager degree. The AMI is the leading provider of management education for the automotive service and collision repair industry. The Accredited Automotive Management degree requires 120 credits of coursework and a final self-study course
The prestigious Accredited Automotive Management designation is a symbol of professional achievement that will continue to shape the future of the automotive service industry.
More than 1,500 individuals have earned the prestigious AAM designation, with approximately 100 new graduates each year. The AAM designation has become a cornerstone in professionalizing automotive service management.
“I chose to pursue the AAM degree because I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and the ability to better take care of my customers. The degree has made doing my job easier as I now know more efficient ways too accomplish daily tasks and am better able to ensure our customers get the level of service they deserve when they come Wilhelm Automotive,” Swift said
Adam - Star Team Member
Adam Lindell is this month's Wilhelm Automotive Star Team Member. He was chosen for his enthusiasm and dedication to his job. Although Adam considers the Wilhelm Peoria location is home shop, he has worked at all five Wilhelm service locations during his four years with the company.
Adam is certified in BG Sales and Marketing, and BG Product Burn and Learn. Both are certifications on the use of BG chemicals used in the shops.
Adam currently lives in El Mirage with his wife Cindy and their three beautiful children.
