Spotlight On ... Great Employees!

For the summer months Oscar was our team member of choice. Oscar started with Wilhelm in Nov of 2004 at our Litchfield Store. He had just graduated from UTI and we hired him as a General Service Tech, yes change the tires, clean the bathrooms, empty the trash, do the oil changes. Oscar never complained, always had a smile on his face and was willing to start at the bottom and work his way up.

After 5 years he is now a Technician working on all the vehicles that come to Litchfield and still has that great smile on his face. He is a native Phoenician. Born in Phoenix and still happily living here. His parents and 2 sisters also live in Phoenix so family is very important to Oscar.

Oscar was 18 and a single kind of guy living with 2 or 3 other guys when he joined us. How things change over the years. A beautiful young woman came to have her car worked on at Litchfield and luckily Oscar was the technician. Love bloomed and he married Brianna.

Oscar now has his own family with his lovely wife Brianna and their son David. David is the joy of his life for him and Brianna. David has just started walking at 15 months old and is all ready a Dallas Cowboy fan. You also have to add 2 dogs to the mix. One mixed breed named Kisses and a new German Shepard puppy named Duke. Then to add icing to the cake, Oscar bought his first home in Buckeye recently.

Oscar enjoys camping, fishing, off-roading with his family. They are big sports fanantics. Dallas Cowboys and Phoenix Suns are their favorite teams. Quite a story in 5 years for Oscar!!

Adam Lindell is this month’s Wilhelm Automotive Star Team Member. He was chosen for his enthusiasm and dedication to his job. Although Adam considers the Wilhelm Peoria location is home shop, he has worked at all five Wilhelm service locations during his four years with the company.

Adam is certified in BG Sales and Marketing, and BG Product Burn and Learn. Both are certifications on the use of BG chemicals used in the shops.

Adam currently lives in El Mirage with his wife Cindy and their three beautiful children.
